Refund policy

In case the customer changes their mind:
– The customer has the right to request a refund within 14 days, provided that the original packaging and seal are not opened. The customer will bear the shipping costs.
– If there is a manufacturing defect, the customer will get a  refund after the product is inspected by the maintenance department, which takes 10 to 14 working days.
– If the customer opens the packaging and there is no manufacturing defect, the return or exchange request will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy:
– The customer is entitled to exchange the product within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect is found, without bearing any shipping fees.

warranty policy :

Each product has its own warranty time mentioned in the product description .

 Products with local warranty , all the details (locations ,contact info ) of the authorized agent is mentioned in the invoice .



Products cannot be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

  1. If the product is used or the packaging is opened.

  2. If the product is a "clear phone case" or "screen protector".

  3. If the product is returned without its original packaging.
